SOQs should be well organized and demonstrate both Applicant’s qualifications and its ability to follow instructions. The SOQ must be formatted letter-size (8-1/2″ x 11″) no smaller than 11 font. Each section in your SOQ should include a divider page and bear the same corresponding number and heading as they appear below. Pages must be numbered. Page limits and content requirements are defined in each section below. Any additional pages or content that is submitted out of compliance with the instructions is subject to removal and may not be considered for purposes of the evaluation process, without notice to the Applicant and at the sole discretion of the District.
