Project Description

The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite responses to a Request for Qualifications for Professional Planning Services for the County of Sonoma’s Permit and Resource Management Department (Permit Sonoma). Permit Sonoma is Sonoma County’s consolidated land use planning and development permitting agency. Virtually any land development or construction that takes place in the unincorporated area of Sonoma County (outside the nine incorporated cities) is reviewed, permitted, and inspected by Permit Sonoma. Permit Sonoma seeks to identify firms qualified to assist with the scope of services outlined within this RFQ.

Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the County’s Supplier Portal and email notification.
