Membership Terms of Service between CMG Alliance (“CMG”) and Client (“Member”).

Terms of Service – Member Services:

The following summarizes the CMG Member Services:

  • Basic membership $2,499.00 / Mo. – Includes up to 10 hours of consulting per month (Does not apply to businesses enrolled in a small and diverse sponsored business program)
  • Full service membership $6,500 / Mo. – Designed for large-scale enterprises requiring comprehensive solutions in government contracting
  • Unlimited government contracting opportunities that we find and send to you
  • RFP analysis
  • Proposal formatting and staging (No technical or proposal writing)
  • Strategic advisorship
  • Assistance with teaming and subcontracting opportunities
  • Cost analysis support
  • Public records request and FOIA requests instruction
  • Strategy meetings
  • Inclusion in the CMG Network of Certified Government Contractors
  • Use of tools, information, and resources available in the CMG Alliance Member Portal

Subscription:

If you signed up for the basic membership, a fee of $2,499.00 will be billed automatically to the Member by CMG Alliance on a monthly basis. The Member is required to pay using a credit or debit card on file which is billed automatically via subscription. Payments are charged using secure billing software.

If you signed up for full service, a fee of $6,500.00 will be billed automatically to the Member by CMG Alliance on a monthly basis. The Member is required to pay using a credit or debit card on file which is billed automatically via subscription. Payments are charged using secure billing software.

Terms:

Member Services shall be effective on the date of consent to Membership Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”). Services will continue on a monthly basis. Monthly hours do not rollover to the next month. The Member may cancel at any time with written notice.

Legal Disclaimer:

CMG Alliance does not guarantee or warrant that any award will be granted as a result of the activities listed herein. By participating in these activities, you agree to indemnify and hold CMG Alliance harmless from any claims, demands, lawsuits, causes of action, and liability loss, including any consequential damages resulting from any contracting outcomes.

Member Agreement:

As a Member, you agree to allow 2-3 weeks of lead time before the bid due date for proposal staging and bid preparation. All proposal items must be complete 24-48 hours before bid submission, whether through mail-in, platform, or email submissions. CMG Alliance is not responsible for late, incomplete, and/or technical issues associated with your bid submission.

You acknowledge and understand that the guidance, instruction, and technical assistance provided by CMG Alliance are intended solely to assist you in preparing your proposal responses. CMG Alliance is not responsible for writing or guaranteeing the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of your proposal responses with the requirements of the RFP. It is your responsibility to review and comply with all RFP requirements and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your proposal responses.

CMG Alliance assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in your proposal responses or any damages resulting from your reliance on the guidance, instruction, or technical assistance provided by CMG Alliance.

Additionally, please note that CMG consulting hours for paying members do not rollover to the next month. The 10 hours per month excludes program/cohort contractors enrolled in small and diverse sponsored business programs.

Access to Services:
Subject to these Terms, CMG Alliance provides you with access to its Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All content on the CMG Alliance website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of CMG Alliance or its affiliates and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content on this website without the prior written consent of CMG Alliance.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure; as such, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
