Capability Development
To support this shift, MAERLY expanded its qualifications and became a California Licensed Private Investigator firm, P.O.S.T and P.O.S.T Internal Affairs certified, developed CVSA capability, became a certified Live Scan provider, and secured California Notary Public credentials. These capabilities aligned directly with agency requirements and increased credibility during procurement.
Execution and Contracts
With CMG Alliance driving strategy and execution, MAERLY secured contracts with San Francisco Police Department, San Francisco Department of Emergency Management, San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco Chief Medical Examiner, City of Malibu, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, County of El Dorado, California Employment Development Department, and LA Metro. These contracts established strong past performance in law enforcement and public safety sectors.

KSE operates as a one stop shop providing complete project execution from permitting and traffic control through final reporting. The firm holds Class A General Engineering and C10 Electrical licenses.
