Government Contracting and Business Consulting for Small Business Growth
CMG Alliance is a government contract and business consulting firm headquartered in Chino Hills, California. Since 2007, CMG has helped small, diverse, veteran-owned, minority-owned, women-owned, and growing businesses prepare for and pursue federal, state, local, utility, and institutional contract opportunities.
CMG is built around practical contractor support: understanding procurement requirements, strengthening business readiness, developing stronger contracting materials, identifying realistic opportunities, preparing compliant proposals, and helping businesses navigate the government contracting process with more structure and confidence.
Company Profile
A Contractor-Focused Government Contracting Firm
CMG Alliance specializes in helping businesses understand and compete in the government contracting marketplace. The firm supports companies at different stages of readiness, from businesses learning how to position themselves for agency work to contractors actively reviewing bids, preparing proposals, and managing award opportunities.
CMG’s work is grounded in government contracting protocol, procurement education, business development strategy, supplier diversity awareness, proposal preparation, and practical contract support. The firm serves both direct contractor clients and organizations that sponsor contractor training and technical assistance programs.
Unlike generic bid platforms, CMG focuses on the full contracting pathway: readiness, research, positioning, opportunity review, Go / No Go decisioning, proposal development, and contract management guidance.
