Important Elite Plan Notes
Elite Plan includes a 12-month minimum commitment. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Cancellation and renewal terms are governed by the applicable membership agreement.
CMG may provide direct bid and proposal submission support on behalf of the member under plan terms, client approval, access requirements, and applicable submission procedures. The member remains responsible for final approvals, pricing decisions, signatures, representations, certifications, and contract compliance.
Contract management support may include post-award administration guidance, invoicing support, production and performance tracking support, compliance reporting guidance, agency communication support, modification support, and issue resolution guidance. The member remains legally responsible for contract execution and compliance.
