Melchizedek a call center business will work only for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) which is a United States government agency with the purpose to coordinate aid and respond to disasters around the nation when local resources are insufficient. In September 2005, I was hired at Tele Tech Gov't Solutions LLC to work for a FEMA call center as a Customer Service Representative. We had no training due to a major flooding catastrophe and performed duties such as processing government applications for immediate funding needed, suicide prevention, and information to family members about how to claim the remains of a deceased person for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the state of Louisiana.
