(See page 11 of RFP C. Proposal Content and Questionnaires) When completing the Questionnaires, each proposing firm must give clear, concise, and quantifiable responses to all questions. The proposing firm must restate each question in bold face type (no smaller than 11 point font) with its response directly below it. If awarded an Agreement as a result of this RFP, the firm’s proposal, including its responses to the Questionnaires, will be incorporated into the contract between the firm and CalHR.
