Project Description

The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Arts and Culture (Arts and Culture) is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for arts education services. We seek proposals from arts educators or arts education organizations to design and provide an Arts and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) integrated learning project to the students, teachers, and parents of Montebello Park Elementary School.

Proposals must be submitted as follows: 4.8.1 Complete Services and Cost Proposals must be emailed to Keelia Postlethwaite Stinnett, Arts Education Program Manager, or Megan Kirkpatrick, Arts Education Senior Manager, at artsedcollective@arts.lacounty.gov. 4.8.2 It is the sole responsibility of the submitting proposer to ensure that its proposal is received before the submission deadline. Any proposals received after the scheduled closing date and time for receipt of proposals, as listed in Paragraph 4.1 (RFP Timetable), will not be accepted.
