A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.. Interested bidders should assemble at Facilities Planning & Management, Bldg. 49, Conference Room A, 3801 W. Temple Avenue, Pomona, CA 91768, on campus. An optional Site Visit will be held only on the day of the Pre-Bid Conference, at the request of the contractors. It is strongly recommended that contractors attend this Site Visit, as it may be the only time bidders can walk through the project area.
Bid packages, along with plans and specifications, will only be made available to Contractors who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference noted below. Bid packages, plans, and specifications may be obtained electronically after Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., by requesting them in writing from Stephanie I. Fan at email@example.com.
