Project Description

In general, the work consists of providing new Direct Digital Control (Distech) HVAC control systems for all HVAC Systems within the Bronco Student Center facility (Bldg. 35), replacing all old Siemens, pneumatic and other old control systems presently in place including replacement of dampers for a complete balanced System in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Goss Engineering, Inc.; 255 E. Rincon Street, Suite 301, Corona, CA 92879; Mr. Nick Ubrun, P.E., Principal Engineer; telephone: 951-340-1977; e-mail: nubrun@goss-eng.com. Architect¿s construction estimate is $975,000.00.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.. Interested bidders should assemble at Facilities Planning & Management, Bldg. 49, Conference Room A, 3801 W. Temple Avenue, Pomona, CA 91768, on campus. An optional Site Visit will be held only on the day of the Pre-Bid Conference, at the request of the contractors. It is strongly recommended that contractors attend this Site Visit, as it may be the only time bidders can walk through the project area. Bid packages, along with plans and specifications, will only be made available to Contractors who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference noted below. Bid packages, plans, and specifications may be obtained electronically after Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., by requesting them in writing from Stephanie I. Fan at sifan@cpp.edu.
